Shipping and return
We offer two shipping methods:
STANDARD SHIPMENT: FREE worldwide
PREMIUM SHIPPING: 3.90€ worldwide ( 100% insured shipping, MamyNuvola guarantee)
The order processing time varies from 1 to 3 working days and will be dispatched afterwards.
You will receive your order within 5 to 14 working days depending on location and levels of stock

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Additional items are not returnable:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse as we collect returns in a different department.
There are some situations in which only partial refunds are granted (in case)
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons beyond our control
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or Missed Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company.
If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to arrive to you may vary.
The purchase guarantee for the product is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of the package and covers any damage and malfunctioning of the product. Shipping costs are borne by Mamynuvola.
If customers wish to take advantage of the guarantee, they are requested to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number and the reason for the change. After submitting this request, the customer will receive an e-mail with the instructions to follow in order to carry out the operation. Customers are requested to faithfully follow the instructions provided to them. In the case of defective or non-functional goods, customers are requested to provide photographic evidence of the defect or malfunction.
